HR Legal Experts (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides HR legal documentation, compliance services, and policy drafting solutions to businesses across India. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and all services provided through it.
We offer:
Custom HR policy drafting
POSH compliance documentation
Employment contracts (including ESOPs, internships, onboarding)
Statutory compliance policies (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
Workplace conduct and anti-harassment frameworks
Remote and on-site attendance policies
Internal SOPs and grievance redressal systems
We may update or change the nature of these services to adapt to changing legal or business environments.
To use our services, you must:
Be a legally registered business in India
Have the authority to enter into a contract on behalf of your organization
Provide accurate and complete information during consultations
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate business details and requirements
Reviewing and approving drafts shared by our team
Implementing policies within their organization
We are not liable for non-compliance arising from client-side implementation errors or omissions.
We strive for a 7-day delivery on most documentation drafts, subject to client responsiveness and project scope. Complex policies may require additional time.
Pricing will be shared via direct consultation. Full payment or an agreed advance must be made before delivery of final drafts.
Refunds are only issued in cases of non-delivery or verified service deficiencies.
All templates, documents, and content created by HR Legal Experts remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. Clients receive a license to use these documents internally, not for resale or distribution.
All personal and company data submitted to us (including during audits and consultations) is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We never share your data with third parties without consent.
HR Legal Experts is not responsible for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Compliance failures due to unimplemented or altered documents
Misuse of templates outside their intended legal context
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:
You breach these terms
You misuse the documentation or intellectual property
Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected
